April Cochran has served as Director of Property Tax Administration since joining PTR in 2015. April oversees property tax outsourcing services and management of PTR’s proprietary software, PTaxSolution. April holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Fresno and in her free time is an avid gardener.

Darian Royse has served in PTR’s tax management group as a Property Tax Administrator since joining PTR in 2020. Darian is responsible for business personal property compliance, and for other property tax outsourcing services for clients. Darian is a graduate of the University of Denver and on the weekends can be found in the local mountains with her dog, “Coal”.

Tim Threadgill has over eight years of experience in the property tax industry and is an expert in the valuation of a variety of complex asset classes and taxing jurisdictions. Tim holds a Bachelor of science degree from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo, and spends his free time with his family, and outdoors surfing or on the golf course.

Chelsea Adams joined PTR in 2018 as an Analyst and currently serves as a Director for the valuation and consulting team. Chelsea brings over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is a graduate of San Francisco State University, where she studied International Relations, Philosophy, and Conflict Resolution. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog and exploring all of the best restaurants, museums, comedy clubs, and music venues Southern California has to offer.

Chase is one of our newer members to the PTR family, having joined in July 2021, and assists the team with property valuations, budgets, tax estimates, and appeals. Chase has over two years of experience in real estate acquisitions, development, and management, with the bulk of his career working on multifamily assets. Before starting a career in real estate, Chase worked in manufacturing engineering and received a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Marvette Emmons joined Property Tax Resources, LLC in 2019. She works as a Property Tax Administrator in the Processing Department.

Chelley Becker first joined PTR in 2007 and then again in 2020, now serving as a Director for the valuation and consulting team. Chelley works on a variety of property tax appeals throughout the U.S. while managing clients and various tax projects. She has a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from the University of Arizona. When she isn’t working, she enjoys her 3 dogs and traveling to new places.

Jennifer Carruth has served as a Property Tax Analyst since joining PTR in 2021. Jennifer is responsible for researching and drafting assessment appeals for commercial properties and providing property tax budgets for new acquisitions and development of commercial properties. Jennifer has over 13 years’ in the commercial real estate industry; prior to joining Property Tax Resources she held a position in a leading commercial real estate firm as Senior Marketing Specialist focused on commercial real estate investment sales and leasing. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from National University. Outside the office she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, scuba diving, camping and traveling.

David Murphy has worked as a Property Tax Analyst for PTR since joining in 2020. David analyzes pertinent market data to determine proper property valuations and supports Senior Analysts in the appeal process. David holds an Economics Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Hayward and enjoys reading in his free time.

Josh Soroka has over thirteen years of experience within the commercial real estate industry providing consulting services within hundreds of markets, both domestically and internationally with competency in the valuation of all investment-grade asset types. Josh obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA where he began his career in the appraisal industry. He is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and has developed and proctored courses and case studies on real estate valuation concepts for multinational professional service firms nationwide. Outside of the office, he spends much of his time outdoors hiking, camping and summiting mountains as well as indoors researching ancient history and prehistory topics.

Marissa Lamonte joined PTR in January 2022 and serves as a Data Analyst for the Processing Team. Marissa is responsible for PTR’s assessment appeal filings, assisting the Consulting Team, as well as data entry for PTaxSolution. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, San Marcos. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s in Computer and Information Technology at the University of Pennsylvania. In her free time, Marissa enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Nancy Benbow spent 20+ years in the Biotech Industry as a Sales Manager and a Director of Sales Operations. As a data analyst, Nancy brings her passion for “data” and is a problem solver to PTR on the Processing Team. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In her free time, Nancy enjoys golfing with her husband, cooking, and visiting her two children in Portland, Oregon, and Dallas, Texas.
